Parking lot is too small and crowded to get into and lines are too long

My family and I have gone to Jules for many years. It’s always been great however recently it has not been so good. I had just went there this evening with a friend of mine. There was an adult who took our order and she wasn’t very kind. The ice cream is great but the service and most staff aren’t very good. It’s a shame because I really like coming here but I haven’t had a good experience so far. I understand it can be stressful dealing with a lot of crowds but I don’t appreciate rudeness because I asked a couple simple questions

Great ice cream and great staff

Perfect stop for a cold treat on a hot day. Huge servings and friendly service. Even the "small cone" was over a foot tall. The raspberry shake is my fav.

Good ice cream

Really good milkshakes especially the peach! There were Peach pieces in the shake which made it even better. There are many flavors to pick from. they also have flavor burst, sundays, Floats and many other things. Definitely will be coming back and I recommend this place if you enjoy ice cream :)

The ice cream is fantastic. They use only the best ingredients to make it. You know it's good because of the crowds every night.

Excellent custard and prices are great you definitely get your money worth. My only complaint is they need to have patrons line up on sidewalk or in grass instead of taking up 2-3 parking spots.

Jules used to have excellent Ice Cream They changed their vanilla and chocolate this year and it tastes more like ice milk. Very disappointed.

Always a treat to stop here. They had one staff member working on a beautiful day with heavy traffic. She was efficient, friendly, calm even through the long lines that kept forming. She definitely could have used help. Hope her pay compensated for her hard work.

The best ice cream in eastern panhandle wv...customer service is awesome, ice cream flavors out the wazoo...and u get way more than u ask for...and be careful asking for the large cone...or get urself some help lol...
